Overall, I enjoy my stay. However, my family agreed that we will not go back for the second time.

the security of the hotel as room is required to take lift, enter the floor lobby where room is located, and of course the room itself. So it is very safe and ensure no strangers can come in.

only one toilet for a family room. Should have 2 toilets. There is also no common toilet within the hotel.

Exceptional

I love the spaciousness of the room. It's in a quiet neighbourhood with train stations about a 5 min walk radius. Convenience store just below so food and snacks is not an issue. Even Pizza hut is downstairs. The hotel has a shuttle service that goes to Myeongdong in the mornings and afternoons. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the cleaning ladies are very meticulous.its why I come back to stay here every time I am in Seoul.

Very satisfied.

Location was about 15mins walk to the Myeongdong shopping area. Although it was in a quieter part of town but the rooms were huge and comfortable which was more important to us. There were some small eateries around but not many like in the shopping areas. 2 subway lines were within 5mins walk.

We had come from Sydney to Japan and then to Korea. Was a short good stay. A memorable one to take with us back to Sydne

The ambience and the cleanliness. Some staff were excellent like the elderly man at the entrance who helped us get our luggages. (We did tip him twice out of respect) Good cleanliness practice of the premises.

Some staff’s facial expressions when facing them. Felt like we were less welcomed.

Exceeded expectations due to the room, the location and the breakfast.

Location was great, better than expected, nicely inbetween two popular areas. The breakfast was great, with good options for children as well. The room was brilliant, it was a family room, but with a separate section for the children which was nice.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier. The egg-station in the breakfast was hilarious as the only thing they do is fried eggs :-D. No omelettes, no boiled, no poached - just fried.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location.

The location was great, close to two train stations- the airport bus stops at both. Lots of restaurants near by. Our room, the premier twin, was large, clean and the beds very comfortable. The check out process was quick and easy.

The shower temperature fluctuates greatly, it jumps from freezing to scalding within minutes, makes for an uncomfortable shower.

Would gladly book again when an opportunity presents itself.

Security and Hospitality. Also, the bus stop and subway station are closely located from the hotel. Lots of F&B options just around the vicinity, even 24h convenience stores.

The breakfast buffet does not vary.

A repeat traveller to the hotel

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I like the location as its slightly away from the hustle and bustle of myeongdong area but 1-2 stops and walking distance to myeongdong. It is also walking distance to gwangjang market. The size of the room is perfect. We had an issue with the bidet but it was immediately taken care of. The staff was helpful and could speak English. The room is clean and facilities are sufficient.

Modern & Comfortable City Stay, Excellent Facilities and Lovely Staff

Very modern, comfortable rooms. You can tell there have been considerations with the facilities to enhance your stay. For example (a hot/cold water machine on each floor, a self-service locker room on GF for luggage storage, a complimentary shuttle service to key tourist areas nearby). The reception team also upgraded our room upon check-in which was a lovely gesture, and they were also very adept at speaking English.

We did find the room and the floor we stayed on to be very, very warm. They keep the heating on high during the winter months, and you are unable to adjust the AC as it's been fixed. Though this is understandable. So we kept our balcony door open during the night to cool down. Luckily the hotel sits on a slightly quieter side street so the noise levels were fine.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

We really enjoyed Hotel PJ. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and attractive. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom the largest out of any hotel in Seoul that we stayed at--with the ability to take a bath! The location was pretty close to two subway stations. When I had a problem with the dryer a staff came immediately to help, which I really appreciated. We left a pair of earbuds in our room, and the staff found it after we called and set it aside for us to pick up after we had checked out and left, which I also appreciated. It's right by a great convenience store and cute cafe. You'll find some restaurants nearby as well.

This hotel is a good choice if you want to explore the different parts of the city

The room was clean and spacious. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near two different metro lines so you can get everywhere easily, and there are quite a few tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel as well. There is a 24h convenience store next to the hotel that can be a real life saver :)

Room cleaning service is between 9am to 5pm but if you leave the room at 10am and get back at 4pm there's a good chance the room won't be cleaned by then, so just keep it in mind.
